Refund Policy

NovaEditor includes a free Demo so you can verify compatibility before purchasing.

Because NovaEditor offers a free Demo version that lets you fully evaluate the software before purchasing, we generally do not offer refunds on completed purchases. We encourage all users to try the Demo first to confirm compatibility with their MiniNova and workflow.

1. Free Demo

The Demo version provides full access to the NovaEditor interface and allows a set number of free patch operations — enough to verify that the software works correctly with your hardware and meets your needs before you buy.

We strongly recommend downloading and testing the Demo prior to purchasing.

2. No-Refund Policy

Because a fully functional Demo is available at no cost, all sales of NovaEditor licenses are final and non-refundable once the serial number has been issued.

This applies regardless of reason, including but not limited to: change of mind, failure to test the Demo prior to purchase, or hardware changes after activation.

3. Exceptions

We will consider a refund only in the following circumstances:

  • A duplicate charge — you were billed more than once for the same license.
  • A technical defect that prevents the software from functioning on a supported platform, and that cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe.

Exception requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase with proof of the issue.
